Doug's bio as per him:
Doug Stillinger was a children’s book author. He’s still a children’s book author, too. There is some speculation that he may, in fact, continue to be a children’s book author at some point in the future. This point, for instance.
Doug grew up in a little town in California called Los Gatos, where he found he was allergic to los gatos (but not to los perros). He therefore moved to Stanford, California to pursue an education in not-math. His not-math degree had a Creative Writing focus, however, and he decided to pursue his distrust of numbers by writing nonfiction books for people who may or may not be somewhere between 8 and 12 years old.
Unfortunately, while working for Klutz in Palo Alto, and later for the more New York-y Scholastic, Doug discovered that mathematics is actually (and occasionally extremely) useful.
Undeterred, Doug Stillinger continued to write books, and soon branched out into fiction for children, nonfiction for adults, fiction for adults, and limericks for deaf dogs. He continues flailing in that direction to this day, and maybe the one after this one. Also, he lives in Mountain View, California with his deaf dog and his calculus book.
Now, the Kranky Kids Radio Club interviewed him about his book The Klutz Book of Paper Airplanes:

Here is the entire interview:
As soon as we have time, we will break the interview down into seperate questions and answers.
