Go to Menu

Create a Table Template

1. Create your table and fill in all your repetitive headers and formulas.
Note: You can copy cell formulas that have little warning triangles to other cells. The warnings go away when the formula data is filled in later.
2. Select your table
3. Go to Format - Advanced - Capture Table...
4. A window opens that lets you name your new table and also decide if you want to make its style fixed or use a default style with it when used in the future.
5. Your new table is now added to your choices that appear when you click the Tables button in the Toolbar.

Create a Style Template

1. Create your table.
2. Then select your table
3. Go to Format - Create New Table Style
4. Your new style is now added to your choices in the Styles Pane. (You can also use its pop-up menu to make it your default style when adding a new table.)

You can update/change the style of all tables on a sheet

1. Select a table.
2. Make your changes (text font, fill color, whatever you want).
3. In the Styles Pane – click the pop-up menu of the existing style you first used when creating that table and choose Redefine Style from Table.
4. All other tables on the sheet using this style will now update to your changes.
