Find

To just Find something, go to:
Edit - Find - Show Search
- or –
Click - Command-F
and a Search pane opens below the canvas.

Enter your word (or number) in the Search field.

If case or whole word matters – click the pop-up menu in the search field (see image below):

Find and Replace

1. To Find and Replace something, go to:
Edit - Find - Show Search
– or –
Click - Command-F
and a Search pane opens below the canvas.
2. Click the Find & Replace button and a window opens.
3. Enter your word (or number) in the Search field.
4. If case or whole word matters – check the boxes.
5. Decide what you want searched and where you want it searched.
6. Type in what you want to replace it with.

Replace Options

• Replace – replaces a single occurrence.
• Replace All – replaces all occurrences in your search.
• Replace & Find – replaces the current instance of what’s in the Find field and finds the next instance it occurs so you can decide one-by-one.
