Some of these shortcuts were changed in Preferences.

A – Cursor
B – Brush
F – Bucket (to fill spaces with color)
E – Eraser
D – make a Duplicate Frame
I – Insert a Blank Frame
R – Remove Frame
S – go to Next Frame
P – Play
⌘Z (Command-Z) – Undo
⇧⌘Z (Shift-Command-Z) – Redo
