You can make a copy of elements you've selected in a frame and then paste them inside the same frame using the Option key in the following order:

1. Select (select the elements you want to copy)
2. Click-Hold (click and hold your selection)
3. Option-Hold (keep the Option key down until Step 6)
4. Drag (drag your selection copy to another position)
5. Un-click (release your selection copy)
6. Release Option
