The Jamaica Brahman is white to grey in color and some are naturally polled (without horns).
The Jamaica Brahman originated from the importation and haphazard breeding of:
• Ongole (predominate)
• Kankrej
• Hissar
• Gir
All were imported before 1922.
The Jamaica Brahman has been greatly influenced by the Brahman since 1948.
