The Gobra is an authentic breed of Fulani Zebu found in the northern savanna of Senegal and also southern Mauritania.

In 2019, Senegal reported a Gobra population count of 2,624,300.

In 2020, Mauritania reported a Zébu peul population count of 490,000 and an average herd size of 23.
