The Berciana (aka Mirandesa; Raça Bovina Mirandesa and Ratinha in Portuguese) is the name used in Spain for Mirandesa cattle. The Mirandesa was developed in northeastern Portugal. The Berciana are found over the border in the shire of El Bierzo in the northwestern part of the province of León.

Same cow - different names because cows tend to wander.
