Middle German Red - cow - Germany

The Middle German Red (aka German Red, Middle German Hill, Red cattle of Central Germany, Red Hill, Red Mountain; Mitteldeutsches Rotvieh and Mitteldeutsches Gebirgsvieh and Rotes Höhenvieh in German) originated from Celtic-Sudeten cattle that are thought to have been present in Germany starting around 1000 BC.
