The Tuareg (aka Azaouak in Mali; Azawal and Azawa in Fulani; Shanun Adar in Hausa; Arab, Damerghou and Tagana in Niger)is used for milk and also as a pack animal.

'Tuareg', as a name, is used by the Touareg tribe, especially in Burkina Faso.
