1 or Spacebar - play/pause

⌥A (Shift-A) - normalise

Esc - changes tools between cursor, hand, zoom and pencil

⌘] (Command-Right Bracket) - zoom in
⌘[ (Command-Left Bracket) - zoom out

> (Greater Than) - playhead jumps right (you don't have to press shift)
< (Less Than) - playhead jumps left (you don't have to press shift)

⌥ > (Option-Greater Than) - playhead moves right
⌥ < (Option-Less Than) - playhead moves left (you don't have to press shift)

⌃→ (Control-Right Arrow) - viewing box jumps right
⌃← (Control-Left Arrow) - viewing box jumps left

⌘M (Command-M) - marker
⌘Y (Command-Y) - redo (before you save)
⌘D (Command-D) - insert
⌘E (Command-E) - silence

⇧⌘R (Shift-Command-R) - new region
