Flip Boom:
Layer Order

Cheat Sheet 20080307

Every time you make a brush stroke, Flip Boom creates a layer (just like the layers in Photoshop). The problem is that you can't keep track of all these layers (because there is no reference chart the way there is in Photoshop) and if you try to move or manipulate a finished image that took many brush strokes to complete, it'll turn into a little mess of abstract parts.

To solve this, Select your entire finished image, then Cut - Paste it back onto your frame so it can be manipulated as a single top layer.

If you are going to have several complicated images in your animation, make one copy of each image separately (each on an individual frame) to use as reference images that you can easily Select - Copy - Paste onto any other frame in your animation. (It's wise to think ahead about what you want to animate.)
